slaveandslave — Live Cam

How it works

• Capture 2–12s from the live HLS stream and convert to GIF.
• Saves to: /media/gif/full/Y/m/d/username/... .gif and a thumbnail to /media/gif/thumb/Y/m/d/username/... .jpg.
• Progress updates every ~1–2s. When it hits 100%, your GIF is ready.

Troubleshooting

• The model must be live (valid HLS source).
• Ensure ffmpeg is installed. If not at /usr/bin/ffmpeg, set putenv('FFMPEG_BIN=/path/to/ffmpeg') in config.php.
• Make sure media/gif folders are writable (e.g. chmod 775).
